Any update on OVC scrimmages? Seen where Rock Hill beat Green but didn’t see a score.

Halftime valley 22 tolisa 14 valley has played a lot of backups so far The line is as advertised they are huge. The skill positions are tiny but very fast. This might be one of the fastest teams valley has had in a long time. The defense has to learn to stop the qb keeper that’s the only way tolisa has moved the ball.

Tolsia’s 14 points came off Valley turnovers. I think the skill kids are normal sized but I agree they are fast. I knew by seeing what he did in track that Waughtel was fast but wow! The new kid was also really fast. He looked great on the long TD. He could be a nice help to McNeil.

Yeah they have to find McNeil help and the new kid looks to be the answer. I just can not get over how much size the lineman had. The qb was accurate but doesn’t have that strong of an arm which might be a problem. I noticed they only ran a very simple game plan. We didn’t see all of the screens that we usually run so I’m looking forward to see what they can do once they open the playbook.

8/9: Away Vs. Wellston
8/16: Home Vs. Green (provided there isn’t a last minute cancellation like last year)

Them are 2 terrible scrimmages.

Wellston shoved them all over the field and green only lost by a touch down

Trimble will host Chesapeake this Saturday 8/10

How did the scrimmage go? Heard Trimble will be much improved this year.

We didnt look to bad, We scored a few times on Offense and had 3 pick 6s, We will be ok our QB is only a sophmore and our D needs some work, I believe the Hocking will belong to Eastern again this year, But we will be back in 2025 or 2026
