Couldn't even keep west from taking the conference from ya either. Smh

How is winning the region not any kinda achievement but ya cant even win ya conference these days? 😂

Burg fans talk ALOT but man the walk just aint matching the talk. You guys shouldnt put all that fake pride on them kids shoulders knowing ya only been outta ya darn region 3 times in darn near 2 decades. Lol

Titles bro. Who has the most? Who has the latest? You can't claim dominance there.

Very talented. And probably no change next year. This is the team that won the World Series. It’s to be expected
Softball school
Softball school? How bout that, baseball and football? 7 state titles since 1996. What's the Midwest all stars last title? Golf in 95? Little brother is relevant in more than just one sport. As I write this the fireworks and sirens are going off welcoming home another state championship. Only time you hear that in i-town is when the memorial day parade occurs.
That’s not fair. Ironton also hears those noises during the 4th of July. :)

Only 3 times in almost 2 decades burg has been the best team in their region. #lilsis 💅
That's all you got? Enjoy the memorial day parade. Also, good luck this year,no excuses. Still 2 titles each....but just in football of course.

They should have the template for over-inflated brides maid dresses the last 3 years.

I think Ironton has a STUD at qb. Kid is 6ft3 around 210. Big arm. Athletic. Kid has some swerve in him. Offers I think are just now starting. He's gonna have a pair of experienced big targets around 6ft3 or so - and he's gonna have Terry who has lots of experience and is a game breaker. I think Irontons QB room is fairly deep also.

Exactly!

No idea how many regional titles Burg has won in any sport but do know the state titles.

Hell, I would trade all the basketball regional titles for just one basketball state title!

Meanwhile burg could only manage even having a chance at being #2 #3 or #4 only 3 times and almost 2 DECADES. 💯😂🤷‍♂️

Your use of the word "ya" is rather sophomoric (look it up please). But it tells me either your not from this area or you weren't alive in 1989.

You haven't responded for a bit so you must be looking up more stats/records to add here. You don't need to do that. It's cut and dry. 2 titles each. Most recent BURG. Most relevant in all sports, BURG. Hang on to 1989 and that 95 golf title (no disrespect there, justin Collins was awesome, or whatever year it was, they got 3 in a row I believe). No excuses

Your the same guy that's been on here before under numerous different usernames. I know that. The intriguing thing is you get no backing from other i-town posters. Of course, unless you create another account and use them both.

Do your homework young buck, both on history and the use of the English language. Don't make yourself look like you do if you can. #noexcuses#1989

When Burg and Ironton people take shots at each other, it’s like a rat calling an opossum a long tailed son of a gun. There is enough room for both schools. Each school will continue to dominate their respective county for years to come. Good luck to both teams next year. Hoping the Burg beats Harvest Prep week 6, and the Fighting Tigers take it to Cabell Midland week 3.

When ya have only made it outta ya own region 3× in almost two decades you shouldn't be taking shots at anybody. 💯
