How many time have you seen that moonshine coaches dont look at what they have and keep with the same off or def
no matter of the talent. I see a lot of coaches tring to run the spread when they dont have the athletes to do it, or coming out in the eye and trying to run a power game.

I hate to say it but a lot of people on here and out in The community have there expectations set to high for the first couple seasons.......
There is some talent that is just waiting to he utilized but it will take more than 1 or 2 seasons to fully be realized.

The first sign of trouble or when Logan hasn't gone 8-2 and made the playoffs after year 2, all those folks who proclaim this coach the one who will take Logan to the promise land will turn on him like a pack of sharks.....

1st thing most of the supporter's are expecting around a 5-5 season at best! Look for this years team to be better disciplined and play much better defense, and yes learn how to tackle. As far as the last three years we had enough talent to go either 4-6, 4-6 or 5-5! As Far as the offense look for our new coach to play to our talent and not his system. I think once he incorporates his system in the youth and middle school in 2-4 years you might see a surprise! Also look for improvement in all phases of our special teams. Like a friend and old coach of mine said 2-4 years of continued improvement is expected!

Like my Dad told me when I was in his, "I work my as* off all year and this one family vacation is my reward. No football coach will change that, so tell him to sit on it for all I care."

:-)
I think kids need a little time away from sports and vacations are a great way to do it
;-)

And some it seem's are hoping and keeping their fingers crossed silently and
praying it will take 2 or 3 years to build the program back up. O&B wants that never 3 in a row record broken this year. :122245

He didn't run for greener pastures. He had a family situation that was out of his control. He had no choice in the matter..........

And my expectations are realistic.
Unlike some Chieftain fans out there.

There's a lot more going on than the select nobodies think they know. My son has been working out with other kids, around 40 or so every week. The Seniors got a wake up call and there are other key factors being worked on. Several holes still need filled and this will be a work in progress throughout the summer into the season. 5-5 would be a huge turnaround but isn't out of the question at all.

Grad, at least we can agree on a record of 5-5 is possible! I understand our seniors was shocked and I am glad to hear around 40 young men are participating in voluntary workouts! Remember it took GOD 6 days to create the earth and on the 7th they he still worked hard! Had to change the verse somewhat but I mean it will take a lot of time and tremendous effort to accomplish there goal!

Traditionally, not sure at this point, it's been in July the week before two a days started. It hasn't even been mentioned in our house yet. So not sure. This basically was a wasted uninformed post.
