2014 probably had more talent but they peaked at the burg game and never got better

2015 got better after the burg loss and played better in the playoffs

I would give a slight edge to 2015

But hey 22-3 over last 2 years isn't bad with our schedule

How many 3-year starters are replacing the previous 3-year starters lol...c'mon Poo.

That's a good point, Alota players back
But losing a 3 year starting 2 time all state QB
A 3 year starting all Ohio strong safety/ tailback
A 3 year starting d1 signee right tackle
A 3 year starting lock down corner
A 2 year all district reciever
Another 3 year starting linebacker

Hopefully the talent coming up will be as good as the talent graduating

Look At the 2016 schedule Don

Can't afford any off nights

It's not that easy to go 9-1 10-0 and win in the playoffs

The chips have to fall your way

Agree with Raider6309 - the 10-0 2014 team was the best team.

The 2015 team was totally dominated by a D5 Burg team and then the teams they beat in the playoffs were average playoff teams.

But I'm sure 2016 Ironmen should do very well in region 9. Its Desales region to lose but outside of them, It's pretty close for the other schools

The big question mark for the 2016 team will be if they can replace their #1 offensive threat over the last two years in the QB. They have always been a running QB team and not a passing team.

Okay,

The 2014 Jackson Ironmen were a better team than the 2015 Jackson Ironmen team.

I thought I said that previously.

Then you said they were "dominated " by a D5 Burg team and that bexley and watterson were just average teams ??

Was just wondering if you were trying to say Jackson 2015 wasn't that good .

No problem , Thanks

Week 11 Logan Elm in 2014 probably about same caliber as Week 11 Bexley in 2015.

Week 12 DeSales in 2014 probably better than Week 12 Bishop Watterson in 2015.

My guess is 2016 proves to be better than 1996, 2014 and 2015 and ends the argument all together lol. Let's hope that is the case.

Better slow your role friend

Better than 2014-2015 is a lot but 1996 , they don't need that pressure

It's a shame that we don't see more local teams on the schedule. Why are they afraid to play Jackson? Why isn't Ironton on there? Ironton use to be willing to play anyone. I guess Jackson is a victim of their own success. People are afraid to be challenged to get better I guess.

Why always stirring the pot? Jackson has a very good program, you'd like to see more local games and why can't you just leave it at that. You know it goes both ways?
