HSFBFAN...Larry is back coaching the defense at Fairfield Union this year. It's my guess, but he was likely just there on Saturday night because 1. the game was on Saturday night and 2. he has ties to both Jackson and Wellston since he was the head coach at both schools.

Also, thanks to all for the kind words on my Minford-Wellston preview article.

As far as the PDT is concerned, regarding their football preview section, I sent them my Oak Hill preview story and team photo as per their (PDT) request. They confirmed they got it, but yet they never had it in there. The entire section left me scratching my head, and it gave our profession a major black eye.

This will be a better game than most think. I think the Rockets will win this game , this may be my heart talking . They need to play physical and give their talented skill players some blocking if they do this they can win this game.As always hoping for a good injury free game.

This was a hard fought game tonight. I dont think you will hear the Minford faithful complain about the officials anymore.
The Williams boys did not play and from what I gathered tonight it is not a good situation.
