I don't know anything about Portsmouth this year, but I thought that Gallia did some good things against JAX on Friday.

I really liked the play calling in the second half, especially the wheel-type route for the TD after the one pass ended up as a pick-six in the first half. I also liked the use of the Gravely kid to block on the the sprint-option from the shotgun.

The Moore kid got better as the game went on... can Wandling play receiver when he gets back?

Gallia could have just tucked their tails after losing two and after giving up that long run on Friday against Jackson. Instead the kids and coaches said they had enough and gritted their teeth, dug in, and got the job done. It says a lot about the program. Even though they were facing a lot of adversity ( and the injury bug severely bit Gallipolis this year), they didn't give up. I look forward to hearing about continued success for this team. I think 6-4 is the worst this team will go this year.

Good Luck Friday!

^^^^^^A long as I have watched Gallia Football I have never seen them tuck tail and run...That is why I love watching this football team year in and year out...It has never mattered who the coach has been they have always been that way...I agree with you on that... This team is really impressing me this year with the never say die attitude...There have been 2 games that they could have just folded up and said oh well maybe neext week but they fought till the last whistle....I am really proud of our young men this year and no matter what their final record is I will STAY a proud Blue Devil Fan....

LDF,

Since you are so proud it might be nice if you went to the games to support the Blue.

Is there a sports cliche you will not post?

I do go to games....In the past 5 years I have only missed 6 games...5 of those were because I had to work....I have been to every playoff game.....and a smuch as I would like for it to High School Football does not pay the bills and as for last week it is hard to pass up on tickets to the OSU game when they are so hard to come by anymore...

LDF,

Oh ok. I did not realize OSU played on Friday night. I was at the Logan thumping of Ironton. I probably could have caught the end of the game when i got bored with Logan whipping ironton.

I have seen many OSU games following Chieftain victories.

LDF,

You had to go to Cincy to find some friends?? There were plenty at the Gallia home game. I thought OSU played in Columbus. Was the game at PB Stadium???

LDF,
So no roads lead to Columbus from Gallia County. You could have driven up Saturday morning. I do it several times a year.

I do not even know why I am entertaining this debate...But since you claim to be such a genius why would I leave to go to cincy on Saturday morning to meet up a my friend and then leave from there for Coulumbus...Makes no sense to drive seperately....apparently you are just looking for an argument...but guess what...It ends here...I am not entertaining this arguement any longer....so you can pick a fight elsewhere...This is off subject and I am done talking about it.
