Re: South Gallia vs. East
In response to the post about SG getting hurt too easy, I have to strongly disagree. i know that there are a couple of kids who take quite a beating each week. i personallly don't think you can find any kids that are any tougher than #5 and #85. i know that both have been playing hurt but neither have missed any playing time. i heard that #85 has been playing since the second week with his pelvis out of place. Of course i'm not surprised that people don't know that because that kid is not a complainer.

About South Gallia players being tough or not?
Every year when East plays this team we are in for a tough fought game! It may not appear that way by the scoreboard sometimes but, our kids take their share of the licks as well! So, to say or imply that this Rebel football team is wimps, soft or weak is a dumb remark! I know for the past 3 years we have had several players with their share of bumps and bruises as well.
Besides, you have to consider; they play each other every year in game #7 of the season! All teams; especially small schools are experiencing the injury bug! But, what makes these kids tough and rough is; they continue to play injured or at 60 and 70% healthy! They don't have the luxury of 3 and 4 deep at most positions or have a offensive and seperate defensive unit!
