I got a call from a great freind from Tiger land tonight and he said he felt the Tigers had this one in the bag. Turns out it seems he was once again correct.
Nice job Tigers
Good luck to both squads come playoff time.

YTB - you just have to scroll back up to MY post where I'm adding play-by-play details and ignore all the interrupters.
You'll find the answers to all your questions there. Unfortunately, it's way up out of sight. So much for my request for consideration!!!
thanks for your effort caglewis.
next game on your first post just keep editing that one and the updates will be in one place.that way the other posters won't matter.and you won't see them unless you want to. when someone looks in on the update your post will be the first one everybody see's.
thanks again for your updates i sure did miss them last week.
You're very welcome. There comes a point where a single post becomes too long to be manageable - although the change of the EDIT button from the top line to the bottom helps, I still get blocked out when I hit SUBMIT to EDIT my post by other people adding posts to the thread. That is why I ask at the outset that others refrain from adding posts to my UPDATES thread except at halftime. There is always the original game thread available on which to make comments.

It wasn't in the bag until the 4th qtr. NY played tough and the 2 penalties against NY in the red zone in the fourth quarter really turned the game around. Ironton is as tough as advertised and the radio announcers cracked me up calling the Ironton player "Mr. Lamb." He sounds like the real deal.
Congrats on a hard fought win Tigers. Look forward to seeing the Tank next year. I hope this is more than a 2 yr deal. Ironton and NY should go at it every year.

yes, nice job on the updates. I read them every week regardless of who you are playing. You sound like a real asset to the Ironton posters. With the feed going down, we know that those posters can depend on you for updates.
Good Luck the rest of the season Tigers.
Go Buckeyes!!!

Arnold is only a junior. As being looked at not for sure. But he a STUD.
Re: IRONTON 43 VS Nelsonville-York 28- FINAL
Arnold is amazing!!! On top of that humble. Heard that he was "disappointed" with 180 yds against the Bulldogs last week.

Re: IRONTON 43 VS Nelsonville-York 28- FINAL
lol. Ironton was passing to open up the run, because the run was not their early. The passing game was their biggest mismatch early, then the size advantage helped to wear NY down and make the running game go. Give it a rest. Ironton wasn't working on anything when they were going to the locker room at halftime behind. Both teams had turnovers early, then in the 2nd half, Ironton was two big NY penalties away from a 4 quarter dogfight.
The Trimble guy just needs to go away. Trimble has one playoff win in history and it came against a TVC Hocking foe.

First things first....Congrats to the Tigers!
Got to hang onto the ball!! fumbling into the endzone from about 1/2 yard was killer. We coulda hung half a hundred on them, even so we were up 21 when we left near the end of the game, didnt know they scored again till on the way home,I take it we were in that prevent D at that point.I thought I would be a good game and it was,NY has a good team with alot of kids playing for a D5 school.
I do have a question...is the kicker hurt?
Not having a kicker will/might hurt come playoff time.Great game both teams, hopefully injury free!
