Trimble #8 is in and will make a not too long a trip to Symmes Valley #1 with a chance to win IMO. Now the South Gallia #7 team that has beaten two teams above .500 will have about a 4 hour jaunt to Buckeye Central #2 to play a team that hasn't beaten anyone with an over .500 record. This should be interesting !!!!!

I am very proud of the Rebels this year. The game tonight was a very physical game and hard played game. Yea it looks like SG will be making the 195 trip to Buckeye Central but I bet there are a lot of teams that would like to be in their shoes right now instead of getting ready for Basketball!

Good Luck to both the Vikings and the Rebels in the Playoffs. And yes the TVC Hocking will have Three schools in the playoffs this year! Not bad for a conference that everyone wants to put down!

FANOSPORTS....Why do you continually get on here and take cheap shots at a group of 16,17 and 18 year old kids??? I'm proud that SG,Trimble and Wahama will all be in the playoffs!!! If you're a Wahama fan, thats fine they have a great program...one of the better ones around!!! I would like to see Wahama and Point Pleasant win it all in WV!!! They both have excellent chances!!! Be happy for the hard working kids from each of these programs and cheer them on as they advance to the playoffs!!!

Well said. Regular season is over and now I put on my SG and TVC hats and root for all the league teams to do well. I hope Wahama beats whomever they draw and would love to see Trimble beat SV and hope that our Rebels win as well. I don't underhand these people that go onto threads and just say things when the only intention is to make a group of people mad. Perhaps they are miserable and can only derive some joys to see others miserable.

SG shot themselves in the foot all night last night. Rebels were in the redzone twice and came away with nothing because of a block in the back and bad snap. SG seemed to make the right adjustments at the half and the defense looked real good against the SV offense.

if the rebels play with the intensity in the playoffs that they did in the 2nd half vs symmes valley ,then they will be a dangerous team
