Ok I see! You know nothing at all about this great game and a lot about cartoons..no need to get all worked up, just get on here and read the posts and keep your mouth shut until you learn a little. I must go now, my fruit loops are probably getting a little soggy.

I hope not I prefer the Brady Trace days! :) Even though I respect him as an athlete tremendously! While I am friends with several Tomcats, I have a hard time taking any buckeye defeat to them. And had a hard time rooting for them last year! It's hard not to be glad they had such a wonderful run and opportunity. Anyone who says we have too many divisions did not watch what that season did for the community and all of SE Ohio. Now onto this year! Go Bucks!

Finally! Someone who can actually admit they dont like the Cats. I get sick of hearing on the radio people saying they like NY or they like Trimble and root for each other as long as they are not playing each other. Kudos to you for admitting that you hate Trimble.

What you really meat to say was you prefer the Coach Meade Days!!! The former Trimble Alum had the Tomcats number. I believe he went 9-1 in his 10 years as the Bucks Head Coach. Does anyone know what Coach Boston Jr.'s record is vs the cats???

Coach Meade was a great Nelsonville-York Coach, but give him the Trimble Roster against our NY Roster... wouldn't really have mattered back then. I'm a firm believer that you have to build your program up and it starts in the youth league. Don't get me wrong coaching matters a lot, but Nelsonville will always be good as long as the community and the school value it from youth league on up. Go Bucks!

How did the buckeyes do against Jackson? Athens returned all 11 starters and beat Jackson 49-0 last year if I am correct. Can the buckeyes make up a 40 point deficit from the year before just because Athens beat the Cats in a scrimmage?????

You absolutely can not go off a scrimmage ... especially when it was a scrimmage versus Athens ... now, if NY was to come out and go 4-wide and pass it 70% of the time, then maybe.

First, it was a scrimmage and neither team was gonna show much, Jenkins wasn't running full speed at all and that was a good thing for the Cats. They need him healthy because he is gonna be a big part of the gambler's Offense this season.

Second, Athens has gotten that much better and I could tell that from just the basic plays they were running. The Dogs defense looked good. This will be their best defense the last 3 years.

The Bucks struggled to move the ball against Jackson, they had trouble holding onto the ball, and Jackson's 2's scored on our 1's.

I'm not counting the Bucks out, but Trimble is the favorite in this one.
