Actually if you watched the game he's kinda right. Burg couldn't run on the Ironton defense and they got a lot of pressure on the QB he took some good shots from the defensive line Friday night. He also was able to exploit our weak secondary and his receivers made some nice catches to beat us. We had a key fumble as we were driving early in the game. We score on that drive the 1st half is a different story, but I still think the game ends the same. We couldn't stop the pass because the Burg receivers were running free in our secondary.

1. Burg avg 4 yards a carry. That's not stopping the run.
2. Your fumble was near midfield. It wasn't in the red zone.
3. You never threatened the end zone until the end. The tigers run avg was 2.6 yards per carry
4. Burg had more penalty yards.

This person didn't relay what truly happened on the field. The only truthful one was coach vass on his comments.

At times, Ironton did well against the run but it wasn't very consistent.
Burg owned every part of that game.

i can't believe it's still going myself . i was browsing and saw it and thought what's going on now. anyhoo congratulations again to the ironton fighting tigers on extending their playoff run and having a winning record after an 0-4 start. and congratulations to the wheelersburg pirates on an undefeated season, the wins over ironton and good luck this weekend in week 12.

Ironton had a new Kid transfer in this week that was a very good kick ball player in 4th grade. He hasn't played football for six years but did turn in an incredible 20 yard shuttle time at a combine finishing eighth that no college coaches pay attention to but cost his dad $250.

He is also a very good chemistry student so he should gel quickly.

Look for Ironton to be a tough out come week 14.
