WK 8 Rock Hill @ Coal Grove (Rival Game)

I have to say a few words about Coach Knipp. I am a true Hornet fan and my son played football for Coal Grove and wanted to attend a small college to play football for 4 more years. He was recruited by two or three Div. 2 schools but decide on a Div 3 school closer to home. He began getting calls from a Div. 3 coach and asked us to visit the school. His home school coach made us a CD full of highlights to take with us. However when we were called in the head coaches office and I handed him the CD, he thanked me but told me he didn't need to see that CD, he already knew how our son played, he had already seen film of him and that they really wanted him to play football at their college. I was very puzzled, however, the coach that recruited our son, enlighted me that he was a good friend of Coach Knipp from Rock Hill and that he had recommended our son and had sent the films to them. I have known Coach Knipp for many years from coaching in the area, he is a fine person and I am sure that Rock Hill will be in the OVC race in the next few years and he is willing to help his athlete's further their careers even if you are not from Rock Hill. We thank you again Coach Knipp for all your help.
