This project has been a disaster from the very beginning. Here is the difference between the Gallipolis City School Board and the Gallia County Local School Board. The city schools have business people elected who know how to properly deal with money and how to do business with contractors. The county schools have two people who have experience with this and three more who have no clue! Case in point, the argument that SG needed an extra gym. They had no clue that this money would go fast and all be exhausted. Therefore, the city school board is a group of people who are great with money and most of the county members have no clue.

In this case, it doesn't matter. This project is already screwed up. This seemed to have started when three of the five board members were from the southern part of the district. Interesting huh.

I don't really believe that the GCLSD building plan was as well thought out as Gallipolis City's was; that is for sure.

To start with, Lynn Angel-Queen is a CPA and I'm sure she is great with a budget, and Dr. Kyger has his own very successful dentist office and just moved into a nice new building.
