Special teams have the been the bright spot of the team for the past two years. With the team's struggles offensively, it has been the PR and KR return that have bailed out Warren.
They will figure it out in special teams.
Good to hear the Oline is playing well. Can't wait to make it up north to see a game. Not sure when that will be.

Warren's JV defeated Trimble tonight 22-14. They looked "fine" but turned the ball over 3 times. Lots of Freshmen playing and looking good.

Finally it’s almost time for kick off! The coaches have done a good job getting Warren ready for the season. This is the most skilled players in multiple positions I have seen in years. The off season lifting and 7 on 7’s has made all the difference. Great job boys in putting forward the effort needed to make this an exceptional team. I’m sure it will all pay off in about 10 more hours. Let’s Go Big Blue!

Wow! If you had to describe the Warriors in one word it would be IMPRESSIVE. They dominated both the offensive line and defense line of scrimmage. Hendrix, Arbuckle, Timberman, Alfred and Greathouse helped create a dominating running game. Wolfe and Pritt ran extremely well and many times made something out of nothing. Ellenwood and his receivers Venham and Yocum looked extremely impressive. The D line was tough and Singer, Hendrix, Lane, Arbuckle and Alford were all on the top of their game. With the D-Line’s help Wolfe and Pritt didn’t let anyone run on us. I know I expected them to win big, but tonight’s blowout (56-0) was beyond anything I could have guessed. Unfortunately Belpre was not at the top of there game. However, they played a clean game and gave it there all. Hat’s off to Eagles, they kept there heads held high and played hard. Great Job Warriors! Keep it up Big Blue!

On to McConnelsville next week, the boys looked good last night and there are some areas to work on like wrapping up the legs and trying not to arm tackle. I got to say even the underclassman looked great. I gotta give a way to go to Dustin Harlow on his TD run there in the second half running over people with his shoulders square and head down.
