WK6 (3-2) Southern @ (0-5) Federal Hocking TVC-Hocking

I am glad i didnt read the first two pages of this post until now. if i had i probably would not have made the trip to fh. according to just about everybody that posted southern did not have a chance. WHAT ABOUT NOW!!!! that was the best game i have ever been too. had three coronaries in the second half/overtimes. As a long suffering tornado fan i have been to a lot of games where there was just not much to cheer about. this one made up for a lot of those nights. I saw a lot of tornado players at the end of that one that looked completely wiped out. there were a bunch that play offense and defense both, and that last overtime on defense was pure guts because they couldn't have had any energy.

WHAT A GAME!!!! Now i have to try to sleep.

Wow. What a win. I don't care if that was an 0-5 team or not they came out to play. This is a huge win and confidence boost for the Tornadoes.

It's not the same old Southern anymore.

Great game. Both teams played hard. It's a shame one had to lose. Southern big win need to stay focused and take it one week at a time. Fed Hock showed a lot of heart, they need to keep their heads up they will win some games.

Congratulations to Coach Teaford and the Tornadoes! When was the last time the Tornadoes had the best record in Meigs County and the Marauders the worst?
How realistic is a TVC Hocking title for Southern? Who else would it come down to? Trimble, Eastern, what about Waterford, how are they?

We will see. People said southern would only win 1 or 2 games after the Hannan game. They have won 2 since that. Won 4 in a row.

All I can say is "what the hell??" I didn't know that FH "got rid" of any coaches. That in itself is an idiotic statement. Yes, Athens should be very, very proud this year to be winning all their football games - they should since they're at least twice as big as most of the schools in the TVC. I'd get off my high horse if I were you. Everyone (outside of Athens) knows that most teams won't or shouldn't have a chance against a big school like that. But you shouldn't be putting down all the small schools. Congrats to FH and Southern for both playing their hearts out last night.
