Hey Fuzz, I hope you team wins and makes it in the playoffs. I have always respected those Hornets over the years. We have played them some in the years gone by. Always was a slobber knocker of a game. What do they put into the water to make all the river teams hit so hard? Good luck to both teams in keeping it injury free

This game was closer than the score shows. It was 22-12 in the 4th quarter and Rock Hill had the ball.

Coal Grove toyed with Rock Hill for most of the game on offense - no doubt to shroud their offense from the Fairland scouts in attendence. 8)

Never in all my years of playing and watching football have i seen the refs attempt to keep a game so close. Big win for the Grove over RH! I will let everyone else from the game elaborate about the REF's. I dont have enough time to say it all :D Regardless... both teams played a great ball game.

Good win for the Grove, I am not going to start on the officials seeing that has already been done, lets get this win behind us and get ready for River Valley.

BTW, CG fans: Nelsonville won tonight, but Caldwell (currently #5 in the region) goes down to Ft. Frye, 10-7.
Coal Grove should be moving up this week!
Valley racks up more points for the Grove with their upset win over West.

And lets give it up to Meigs beating Alexander as well, some more much needed level 2 points for the Grove

I remember a game last year when coal groves refs used this rule against a team and the hornets won the game.

Surely Paint Valley won, too.

Greenup got beaten by a very bad Boyd County team, 28-7.
Still no score from the River Valley/Peake game, but it really doesn't matter.

Even though it was a jv game, it sounds alot like the Pointers game @ the Grove last Moday. ;-)
