No lets talk about how Logan tried to find another league when they were at the top of the SEOAL. So the only reason Logan is still in the seoal is because no one would take them right away. Now that they are rebuilding I guess they will be happy to stick around though.

Or lets talk about how Jackson tried to get into the TVC, I don't hear you crying about that moonshien, lets talk about the fact that if Warren could get enough votes they would be back in the TVC. You can bash Athens and even blame Athens all you want, but look around bubba, The SEOAL is a dying league and the TVC keeps getting better every year in all sports........

Now do us ALL a favor and cut and run yourself.

They did not really push that hard. Now if you want to start let's talk about N-Y cutting and running from the SEOAL!

But they did not leave! And you can also do us a favor by cutting and running yourself! Boy I really like the off season!

1. The largest disparity - SEOAL (299 boys difference in the top and bottom)

Logan - 478 boys
Warren - 356
Chillicothe - 339
Jackson - 295
Gallia - 258
Portsmouth - 179

BIG FISH LITTLE POND

AND A BOTTOM FEEDER AT THAT

Not sure the 'bottom feeder' fits the profile for Athens ... just sayin.

Moonshine,
They didn't leave because they didn't get the votes........
If Jackson and Warren were invited today, they would be in the TVC, Gallia would follow too.

I think jackson and gallia would try to save the seoal before trying to go to the tvc. Jackson tried once and got a resounding no. I know that made jacksons ad mad and he told people jackson wasn't interested in joining the tvc anymore also, made alot fans mad that he even tried too.

If a TVC team moves to the SEOAL, it will be Athens. NY would be my second guess but other than football, they would struggle mightily. In Vinton County's case, I would say never in a million years would they move to the SEOAL....BUT, the Vikings have a new AD who isn't afraid of competition, AND will be getting a new Superintendent starting next year. Could the fresh faces result in a fresh start in the SEOAL? We will see.

Hey Dundas, would VC even consider jumping leagues? I'd hate to see a charter member leave. They would be competitive immediately in both Basketball's but what else?

Add Vinton Co. to the package and this will happen when Portsmouth leaves
