back to the original subject,Im thinking that Aaron Duncan will have his team ready to play and that they will show up with the thought that this is a game they can win, Trojans hang tough and keep it within fighting distance, Go Trojans
Re: Week 5 : (2-2) Portsmouth @ (0-4) Ironton
Since this game is at the Tank, look out because anything can happen! Will be a very close game with ironton pulling it out by 2POINTS in the end!

If Portsmouth wins this I say they will win the OVC.
Come on, Trojans. Plenty to play for, bragging rights, championship, playoffs.

Bait has had a few too many head injuries so his post count is high due to a lot of repeat posts.

surprisingly I'm also getting just as many pm's telling me they like my posts among other compliments. I just like to talk football, and meet new people.so thanks for all the positive pm's I'm getting. and hopefully I've not offended anyone picking at me. it makes me grin.

I'm wondering what Tiger team will show up tonight. Will it be a team that was embarrassed last week and determined to prove they are better than that and begin a win streak to salvage their season? Or will they just show up an go through the motions. Football is every bit as much mental as it is size and skill. If your head and heart isn't in the game, your size or skill doesn't mean a darn thing.

It's completely pathetic that this poster is so correct about Ironton. Not to many years we can say that & be confident it's truth, as a fighting tiger fan, but it is this year. I'm 52 & have never seen a record of 0-4!TRH wrote:I'm wondering what Tiger team will show up tonight. I hope this is truth. I just listened to Vass pre-game on iheartradio. The FT's are really banged up. New players as I wished, not in the manner I had hoped for.tigerpower89 wrote:Ironton should win this one but who knows ill say

Vass had the same concern in his voice as he did against the Red Devils of Russell. Vass in 14-14 in 4 seasons.
Trojans are hungry. No playoffs since 2009. Ironton won The Toss & elected to receive. IDT, I've ever heard them do this. Perhaps it's in line with the other offensive changes I asked for. I truly think so & know something had to change offensively. IHS is averaging: 9.5 yds/game. Argh!
