Valley played hard and never quit, just outmanned and outgunned. After Waverly went up 28-7 you think the blowout may be on but Valley answered with a nice TD on 4th down to make it a 28-14 game. Just didn’t have enough to get any closer.

Waverly also was in a hurry up offense, no effort at all to try and use any clock.
