Ironton had no energy for 2 and a half quarters, and penalties galore. Managed to come together at the end but I also give a tip of the hat to Gallia who really shut Ironton down for that stretch. Ironton absolutely cannot continue to play like that.

Also noticed when Amari reaggrivated his ankle Ironton struggled to run. Think the shifty speed was working more and they went with that at the end with Landon Wilson. But the biggest part was Gallia dominating the trenches for a good bit. Ironton didn’t have space to run or let a deep pass develop and settled for check downs.

Sloppy game again and it’s becoming a huge annoyance with all the penalties.

Honestly, this Ironton team is far less than advertised. Supposed to be their best team ever many said. Tgey are not touching a state title game honestly. Looks like they are beatable without ineligible players.
