Big Walnut took a 10-0 lead at the half but the powerful Panthers behind a hard nosed defense and the great future Buckeye Storm Kline have came back to tie things up at 10.

A safety on a fumble by the Big Walnut QB (he has had three out of the shotgun)and a storm run is how things got even.

Big Walnut only has 44 yards of offense so far and the game is in the 4th quarter.

Valley forces the punter to try and throw after another fumble snap. Valley gets the ball on the 25 of Big Walnut then on the first play Josh Bailey of Valley fumbles the ball and the Eagles pounced on it.

On the 2nd play after the fumble Big Walnut gets a 14-yard gain and then fumbles the ball. Josh Bailey has the ball but it bounces away and the Eagles pick it up and takes it 60 plus yards for the go ahead score. Point after good,17-10 Eagles with 9:25 left in the game.

Valley has another tunover and now Big Walnut only needs to run 2:48 off of the clock and they will be D-3 state champs,17-10.

Kline is out with an shoulder injury also. :mad:

Valley with another turnover deep inside Eagle territory and this one is all over after a knee by the Eagles,17-10.

I think Licking Valley was out coached. and Big Walnut got all of the breaks.
