Trimble Nelsonville, is that game going to be on a Saterday

Please if anyone knows I would like to know.
I like it on Saterday that way I can get a double dose of high school football that week. :-D

It's on Friday night according to highschoolsports.net.

I think its rare to have a Saturday night game the first week of the season, so I doubt the Trimble/NY game will ever be on a Sat. night again as long as this is the season opening game.

I think Jackson-Wellston try and play on Saturday every year for the first game, but I am not 100% positive

The Jackson-Wellston game is on Saturday when it's played in Wellston and Friday when it's in Jackson. Saturday definitely helps out with the gate...you see people from all over the area.

I talked to a member of the Trimble staff today who said the game will be on Saturday. He had talked about going to the Jackson/Wellston game but said that their game conflicted, and the Ironmen and Rockets play at Wellston so that is a Saturday game.

Well looks like i need to find another game to watch week 1 on friday night. I guess i will probably watch either athens or logan. Which ever one is at home. if niether then i guess im traveling.
