I was going to take this thread down that path, but you guys beat me to it, starting with 96 Buckeye. Good stuff, made me laugh. Madonna is probably about the same distance as Green from Beverly, but a much easier drive. This will be a good match up for the Cadets, but I have to agree, you will be playing 12 on the field. Don't expect any breaks your way.

Sounds right. If the basketball team can come in to ACDC, Madonna sounds just about right for our 5-5 football team. What happened to the school fight song?

I have to put this in the "what are these schools thinking?" category. There wasn't a team in Vermont with an open date?

Making that trip is bad enough, but the way Madonna sports have dramatically improved the past decade can be directly attributed to the decline of sports at Weir HS. Everyone in Weirton likes a winner and it seems to be WMHS is getting all the athletes. My early line on this game is Madonna -18
