Edwards, Andrews, Colt Yinger, Donovan McAlister (will be a heck of a linemen in his sophomore campaign). Brady Jones will have a chance to make a huge impact as a Freshman.
Championship's are won in the off-season

Who saw the carries in the backfield after Mount and Andrews went down last year?

All I have read is Edwards & Andrews, who everyone is aware of, then ... "several others as well" ... "a couple others as well" ...
Who?
I'd like to know who will be taking the field for the Buckeyes in 2016. We watched last year that a good QB and good LB/FB is not going to cut the mustard. Who's gonna line up in the trenches? How about the linebacking core? Any speed on the edges? How about a TE?

All this is just talk until you bring up the three headed monster. Then it goes from mindless chatter to a real conversation!

Their is plenty of talent to go around but I hesitate to say that this guy is going to player hear and that guy is playing their because we have a new coach and a new coaching staff coming in.93Bulldog wrote:All I have read is Edwards & Andrews, who everyone is aware of, then ... They are going to move guys around the depth chart to fit their needs and that may not look the same as it has the last few years.

That hasn't worked out well the last couple of years........Ground Buck wrote:All this is just talk until you bring up the three headed monster. Then it goes from mindless chatter to a real conversation!
The Bucks need to be able to rely on more than 3 players to be successful.

The new coach will make better use of the three headed monster. Plus, he is keeping the one quality coach from bostons staff so the defense will be in great shape

Hunter Edwards is the QB and I'd say Noah Andrews is the best overall player on the team.miknmouse wrote:who is the good QB- Maiden- they will have no line- Mount is the best player they have but w/o a line no hope.
The line was inexperienced last year and will be very much improved this year.

I know everyone is excited about the new coach and to get back to Nelsonville York Football but come on guys . "Impact" players . They're were 1-9 last year , now about just get everyone on board and start working towards a new run of dominance . All that matters is who's gonna make an impact on the next play . Sorry to be a downer . Wish the Bucks the best when they scrimmage the Ironmen

You do remember what happened last season, right?Poo Bear wrote:I know everyone is excited about the new coach and to get back to Nelsonville York Football but come on guys . "Impact" players . Add in a bunch of injuries on top of it and you get 1-9.
The talent is their and the kids are excited about this season.
Numbers should be up as well.

I didn't care about what position anyone plays - or who starters are - I'm just curious who are some players that could have an impact this season besides Edwards, Mount & Andrews.

Davis- Yinger-yinger-Speelman- McCollister. Maiden. With improved line play and fewer injuries/ look for NY to be back near the top of the TVC and in the hunt for a playoff spot.93Bulldog wrote:I didn't care about what position anyone plays - or who starters are - I'm just curious who are some players that could have an impact this season besides Edwards, Mount & Andrews.
