Howie let basketball players lift weights? Highly unlikely. Those things mess your shot up don't they? Now there may be a few basketball players playing football, but it wont be because Howie gave them the go ahead. More likely that he couldn't stop them if you ask me.

No way... I want him angry when he hits the field in 09. maybe he can shut a few trimble fans up. He cant spell but he is getting stronger. Those cattleballs really work...

I've read the book on this, literally, and it is a great program for coaches to base their conditiong on. It hinges on the same general program being used district wide, and when someone does this lookout all of there athletics will improve by leaps and bounds. I think I spelled all that right

I think I have figured it all out...

Maybe he is referring to his eating habits which may make him Bigger (meaning gaining weight), a FEASTER (who who feasts) and stronger (smelling) from not showering after forgetting he left a hoagie tucked in one of those rolls three week ago.
