No and probably no
But Northwest REALLY needs in 1, but I know it won't happen due to their size.
That really sucks for those guys. They would compete a little more against the SOC 1.
I know they play a lot of teams from there already and still lose some of those games, but I still
think the competition is different in 2.

After watching 5 games in soc 1 this year the soc1 teams need to stay right where they are. maybe NW can move down to soc1 if south gallia doesn't get in soc, if PHS gets in

I believe anything could help with NW situation, however I feel that the divisions should stay just the way they are as of now. This is with the exception of NW.

same reason Valley was when they were SOC I in football....numbers but they asked to be moved up. Don't see Oak Hill doing that til they win the SOC a couple times and show they can compete with the SOC II schools

What is Valley's SOC II record since moving to SOC II? Not there overall record just SOC II games.
Re: Should any soc 1 schools move to soc 2?
soc 3
burg, PHS, IHS, Waverly, Jackson/GHS
soc 2
West, Minford, Valley, Oak, Nw,
soc1
Add South Gallia
Be a lot more economical for all schools because everyone is fairly close and each division could schedule--- each other before their league play starts.
Burg schedule
West
Minford
Valley
Sp
Rock Hill
Then League Play--------Just a thought

SG to SOC. Not likely.
I heard from a source close to situation that it does not appear likely SG will be joining SOC. Travel is a concern of several current members. This source said that once it is official that SGHS is going to pursue another option that involves Wahama and Buffalo. This source said that remaining an independent was not an option. I was hoping SOC would work out.

When everything is said and done the SOC will stay the same.
