Returning Coaches in the Hocking Division...?

Someone mentioned that possibly 6 0f 9 schools will have new coaches. I am compiling a list. If a ? is after their name that means I thought this guy was returning....If I miss something, please help:

Southern - Kyle Wichline
Eastern - Dick Tipton?
Trimble - Phil Fairies
Miller - ?
Belpre - TBA
South Gallia - Rusty Burleson
Wahama - Ed Cromly
Federal Hocking - Albert Green?
Waterford - Tom Tucker

I only count 3 new guys.....In the Ohio, here is what it looks like with 2 new guys coming in:

Vinton County - TBA again
Wellston - TBA
Alexander - Coach Arno
Meigs - Mike Chauncey
Athens - Mark Fortney
