Minford will try to run the ball and take deep shots. Their O is very predictable. QB is not very accurate. He throws "Prayers". Line play is lack luster but somewhat effective. Burg should roll here. But stranger things have happened.

Watched Minford against West...not impressed. Burg does need to work better on inside run though. Should be ok with totally one dimensional team like Minford. Falcon passing game is very unorganized to say the least. May take time getting away from Wing T philosophy with new coach. Future may be better, 8th grade team looks good. Hopefully both teams stay healthy. Burg 56-10.

Offensively, Minford is a wreck. Outside of Compton running hard, they are very inconsistent.

Burg should cruise into the playoffs but would sure love to see the Falcons pull the upset. Don't see it happening but can wish.

Won't Get Too Cocky On This One. I Remember Going To Minford In The Past As A Heavy Favorite And Losing. So I'll Stay Humble And Call For Burg Win, But Not Giving A Blowout Prediction.

42-0. Easy. Minford barely beat oak hill. Lost to Rock hill easily.

Wheelersburg should win comfortably, although I could see Minford having success running between the tackles on Wheelersburg, much like Jackson did at times and Waverly scored both touchdowns with runs up the middle. Compton should be able to get yardage unless the Burg sharpens that up, but if they are left to have to out-score the Pirates, I don't see that happening.

Burg coming off a big emotional game, see if they get off to a slow start or not. Burg takes it by 4 scores.

It seems like burg doesn't mind giving the yards up the middle every now and then. With them Running the 4-2-5, for the most part, they can control the run inside with 6 guys starting in the box. These coaches know when they need to adjust just like the second half of the Jackson game. The Harris kid is one you have to make sure you get some hands on him or he gone. I thought outside those two long runs they did a decent job on him. He's legit.

Burg wins this one at home but I do think the defensive line needs some work waverly had 2 long runs for touchdowns and on those 2 plays Burgs d-line looked confused and out of place not in the right gaps and so forth but give waverly credit they came ready to play I would bet that Burg works on that this week really hard so I would say that Burg beats those falcons pretty handily cause we all know we hate the sound of those darn cow-bells!!

Good week to work on basics and the details, improve on those little things the staff has seen that can make us better post season.

If I saw it right, on one of Waverly's long run the Burg blitzed a line backer and guessed wrong on the gap. Then again I was a long way from the play.
