Thoughts? Giving Portsmouth a 6 point edge.

If Portsmouth continues a 4-4 defense Fairland will score plenty. Goodluck Trojans!

Trojans by 14. Dragons continue to shoot themselves in the foot. No defensive game plan to speak of. South Point ran over the Dragons with lesser skill kids than Portsmouth has.

Hoping the Trojans bounce back strong, we need this one, and we need to feel good after taking it, a little momentum hitting down the s

The Trojans can win this game but the defense has to improve quite a bit. The last 2 weeks PHS has given up 40 points to Coal Grove and 48 to Chesapeake, which makes it virtually impossible to win a football game giving up that many.

Portsmouth is one win away from at least a 5 win season, which compared to the last several years is considered a marked improvement.

GO TROJANS!!

After seeing both teams, I think Fairland can pull this off. Fairland 40-34

Ptown better have their pass coverage. If I were fairland I'd throw it all night.

I think the Trojans win this one. but this could turn into a track meet as well. as both are struggling defensively.
I think the Trojans make a statement here though. I just have a feeling. but good to see the dragons getting off the matt as well. we get a couple more teams mainly south point and fairland going, the ovc will be a very deep league across the board.

Congratulations to the Trojan players and coaches on the win. 5 wins may not seem like a big deal to some programs, but at Portsmouth it is considering the past 8 years (24-56), an average of 3-7 a season. Win the last 2 games and the Trojans can match the 2010 team with a 7-3 mark.
