Is Joe Eitel doing the ratings again?

Took a peek at Joe's site but nothing up yet for this season. Does anyone know if he's doing it again or has someone else picked up the ball?

I think they come out after week 4.

His site says "2010 Rankings by Region (coming soon)"

I believe he starts the same week the OHSAA does.
