The Mohawks need to continue to build on the things they have done well the past two weeks. Congrats and best wishes Sat. night.

I think Northwest comes home with their 3rd victory on Saturday. They are improving year after year. They won't contend for the SOC II title this year, but they are on the rise and are winning their fair share of non-conference games. I'm gonna say NW by 2 scores.

should really be a tight one. could go either way, team that turns it over least wins. Hopefully it's the Titans . Go Nd . MD
Re: Northwest (2-1) @ Notre Dame (1-2) (Sat)
I would love to see Northwest get the most wins they have since 05, but I think Notre dame comes out and wins on their home field by a couple of td's, I believe they are the superior team, however Northwest has a lot of momentum, a really good running back, a good receiver, and apparentely a decent o-line...sound a good one to watch

I'll definitely be there. ND hung right with a decent Greenup County team for 3 qts. The Muskies would punish NW so therefore I think "Our Lady" beats an improved Mohawk squad on Saturday night at the Spart.

Greenup County had 4 starting linemen out that game you cant compare games. Northwest by 2 TD's

Amply called footballcrazy, nothing could be further from the truth. Tackett was the only lineman missing. The rest that Copley and the Ashland paper put out is BS.footballcrazy wrote:Greenup County had 4 starting linemen out that game you cant compare games. Northwest by 2 TD's

Tobias, you know better than to try to snow the snowman. Harr is big, and may have been penciled to start before the season, but cannot consider him a starter. To be for real, Poplin was the only real OL replacement, for Tackett. And I will say, he deserved the spot, especially with Lyle's school rush breaking performance Friday against Raceland, 135 rushing yards more than against ND. Hope you guys continue your success. But, be careful, Greenup will be very weak next year with the loss of 18 seniors, this will may come back to haunt Greenup next year.
