The Ironmen are coming off an emotional win over Logan that ended the Chiefs' 34 game SEOAL winning streak. Meanwhile, Warren suffered a big setback at Portsmouth. It's Apple Festival Week in Jackson, so this will be an "Apple Bowl" game.

I know Jackson looks like the better team here....... but I really think Warren buckles down and wins this one in a TIGHT one in surprising fashion 28-27. I think Warren has a lot to lose here by losing this game and a lot to gain by winning it...... huge game for them 5th game into the season.

The Ironmen are not even close to peaking yet and they are still healthy. They learned many valuable things about themselves through both the Wellston loss and the Logan victory. Warren looks like they can score, but I expect the Jackson defense to get even better. I think Jackson will again score a point a minute.

I see no reason why the Ironmen can't keep it rolling with a victory over the Warriors! The Ironmen looked good Friday against Logan, but there are some areas for improvement. The number one thing we have to do is quit the stupid penalties. In a tight game, these penalties can make a difference between a win and loss. The same holds true for our special teams. The one big play that you give up on special teams, may be the one that loses the game for you!
Re: Week 5 - Warren (3-1, 0-1) @ Jackson (3-1, 1-0)
A nice matchup here. Neither team has defeated any notable teams of success this year.....but the winner this week will have their best win thus far and more importantly a good number of playoff points. Warren is D2 and has 3 wins so Jackson would likely jump up to the #6-#8 in the region. A win here by Jackson also keeps the momentum going strong into the 2nd half of the season.
I think Jackson continues the winning and takes this one by 6-14 points.

Warren lost to Portsmouth big time and Jackson seems to have more fire power than Portsmouth.
Jackson seems to be using a few different players now and it came up big against Logan.

We will find out what kind of heart the Warriors have this week. If they learn from the Portsmouth game they might give Jackson a great game.

Probably will be some scoring in this one. But I like Jackson to have the size and depth to wear down the Warriors and pull away to a 10-14 point win at home.

Warren's lack of speed really surprised me last week, but if the young QB get's in sync with those WR this could be a good game. I still think the home teams pulls this one out and sets the stage for a big game in WK 5 if the Trojans can win at Chilly.

Interesting on how the week one game between Wellson and Jackson has caused the rest of the season to this point for both teams to go into opposite directions! Jackson keeps rolling in week 5. Jackson 42-12

Re: Week 5 - Warren (3-1, 0-1) @ Jackson (3-1, 1-0)
Warren needs to take a page out of Jackson's book and put that "bad" lose behind them. Jackson has done a 180 since their first week lose and should be considered the favorite here but Warren has the talent to put last week behind them and continue to have a great season. Still very dissapointed with the Warriors performance last week, just didn't show up at all.
