Monroe Central at Frontier: Week 9

How will this game play out????

Frontier gave up 340 yrs last night to Valley Wetzel (WVA), but still blew them out 49-20 to even their record at 4-4. They also had that great come back against that Blue team. Monroe Central seems to have trouble against teams that live along the Ohio River going 1-2. Coming off of an emotion win against Barnsville, they need to stay focused and continue the new win streak. The Noles will get the ground game going and out score Frontier 42-24.

Frontier has weapons on offense, but I just don't think they can win this game. I don't know how much Central's secondary has been tested but I'm sure Frontier will try to throw on them. I just don't think Frontier has the line or secondary to keep Central in check. I'll take Central by 3 TD's.

Monroe Central can't Frontier lightly and has to come ready to play. Frontier has a team that will not quit, a good air attack, and hitters.

Jay will have the 'Noles ready. MC in a blow-out !

I don't know, but with all the injuries for the Noles this game worries me a little. Frontier can pass, and MC has trouble with pass defense. Now quite possibly the Noles fastest DB is injured.

I don't think defensively Frontier can match up, but I wouldn't be surprised if Frontier doesn't strike through the air early and makes it interesting going into half.

This was actually a nice win by a good margin for the Noles. MC had about 4 key players out injured. I thought Fickiesen (sp?) could have more success through the air, but judging by the score the Noles defense came to play. Get healthy and make some noise in week 11 Noles!

Noles totally dominated this game, running off 47 straight points after a freak play and fortuitous bounce allowed Frontier to score on their opening possession.
