The way things have played out in the SEOAL the past few years, a more appropriate question might be "Who are some of the TEAMS that are coming back to the SEOAL?" Given that the past four years have seen four teams exit - Athens, Zanesville, Ironton, and now Marietta.

For Portsmouth Seniors
Mason Jordan QB
Zaide Whitley RB/WR/K (guessing LB maybe DB and KR) Transferred in after football season in 2010 from Salem Virginia,
Wayne Evans WR if he plays, hear he may be concentrating on bball
Austin Porter LB
Kyle Ratcliff OL
JW Horsley OL, DE
Juniors will be slim but there are some that will contribute
Levi Hall MLB saw time last year due to injury
Andy Hayden OL saw time last season
That’s a good start for who will be some of the key contributors coming back for the Trojans as upperclassmen.
Look for a lot of guys from the sophomore class to contribute. Some I can think of are.
Alex Grashel OL DL ( I expect to see him find a starting spot on one side of the ball while seeing time on the other
Brandon Weederbrook DB, WR
Johnny Charles RB,

I get so sick of other leagues hacking on the SEOAL I mean all the tvc is teams that left the SEOAL that could'nt cut it do you really want Gallia or Jackson or Logan even Portsmouth in your league ? I have been in Athens gym they clean house every year since joining the tvc in just about every sportNYBuckeye96 wrote:The way things have played out in the SEOAL the past few years, a more appropriate question might be "Who are some of the TEAMS that are coming back to the SEOAL?" Make fun of the TVC all you want, but the fact of the matter is teams keep joining the TVC and even more teams try to get into the TVC but aren't voted in.
The only team to ever leave the TVC was Warren and today Warren would give a left nut to get back in the TVC.

Yes if i could get in a league that i would dominate i would want in to..... it has been my experience that very few teams want in a difficult league.....do you really think that Jackson, Logan,Gallipolis Portsmouth would not dominate the TVC?

With the exception of Portsmouth, Jackson, Logan and Gallipolis are all a lot bigger than any school in the TVC except Athens. almost twice as big as Nelsonville, Alexander, and others.footballfanatic1 wrote:Yes if i could get in a league that i would dominate i would want in to..... it has been my experience that very few teams want in a difficult league.....do you really think that Jackson, Logan,Gallipolis Portsmouth would not dominate the TVC?

Although Logan is way bigger, and Warren and Chillicothe are still a quite a bit larger, however Jackson is in line with the 2 largest schools Athens and Vinton County. Gallia Academy would only be the 3rd largest school and Portsmouth is smaller than 5 current TVC members, as would former SEOAL member Ironton.

D2 Warren 356
