Trojan Parents and Fans
I am a Trojan parent. A proud one at that! Our boys worked hard all season just like other teams have. I'm not here to bash or put blame on anyone. That's not my place. What i will say is that our boys put many, grueling, hours into practice and weights and go out there every Friday with Trojan pride in spite of all the negative comments that have been made. We are few in number with many starters out injured. They are very aware of the task that lies ahead of them. Completely!!! All we ask as parents and fans is to come out and support these boys for their effort. A true supporter is there when you are winning and especially when you are down!! I appreciate the positive comments that i've noticed from the Tigers, Burg, Siders, Indians, etc...Most are aware that we do have some great talent on the team and have had over the years. I am not here to go into why we have many losses. We expect our kids to go out there and do what they are told and to respect the coaches that are over them. That's what any good parent would do. As far as some of your experiences with rude "fans" from Portsmouth..let me say, if that is what you experienced, it certainly doesn't reflect all of us. EVERY school has them and you would be lying if you said you don't. Don't let that cloud your opinion of the many wonderful people and athletes that are a part of this program. Good luck to the rest of the area team for the year, and i hope that there are no serious injuries for any of these boys that go out there every Friday to put on a good game.

MAN I'LL BE GLAD WHEN THIS GAME IS OVER. BUT I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE INITIAL POST.
IT'S SAD TO HAVE TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO READ ABOUT THE IRONTON/PORTSMOUTH GAME.
SOUNDS TO ME LIKE EVERYBODY NEEDS A CHECKUP FROM THE NECKUP.
AND GET TROJAN NATION STRONG AND PROUD AGAIN.
THE SAD THING IS THE KID'S ARE THE ONE'S HURTING THE WORST.

I would love to see Ptown win this but it is a tall order. Anything can happen. I'm sure everyone in SOC II is backing you. Good Luck
