we've not played good football the 2 games with you. you threw us out of our element, i believe with the fast pace. last year we looked very out of shape, tackled horribly. and your running game and fast pace proved too much. this year may have been a better overall team, but our schedule was a beast, and we had so many injured. and again we tackled horrible. no excuses just got beaten by a team that wanted it more both times. we had a new coach this year. we have to fix alot fundamentally for you to see the fighting tigers of old. and we drop to d5 next year. i hope we can continue to grow on this newfound rivalry.

What I saw on film and during the game was a lack of hustle and discipline... lots of players walking around.

I don't know what it was like in the glory days, but it wasn't what I would expect from Ironton Football... maybe it's the kids, maybe it's the coaches, but it is easily fixable in my opinion...

you are right , it certainly wasn't. but the last 2 tears we had incredibly tough schedules. and with only like 36 players on the team, we were so beaten up. that's not an excuse, but i never seen a tiger team more injured than the last 2 years. could be just bad luck, could be a conditioning issue.
