Week 10: East (4-5) @ Notre Dame (2-7)

Post by Tartanblue »

In the season final of these two teams the Tartans travel to Notre Dame in a battle of rivals. Both teams look to end the season strong for next year while also getting ready for basketball. Should be a fun one come Saturday night.

East will win this one by 3 scores. ND is really down this year.

ND has underperformed this year. I expected a 4-6 or 5-5 record. Dropped an 18 - 3 2nd quarter lead to Chesapeake and 4 point lead in the 4th to Grove City.
They have played well in alot of the early quarters but once they get behind it seems to somewhat spiral.

IF (and I say IF) ND comes to play this Saturday evening and keeps the score in hand for 2 quarters this game will be closer than many may think and ND may reach their true potential and win!
Go ND!

Not to be a debby downer, but I have a question for Sciotoville posters. If you have potentially 2 D1 lineman on your roster, and some talented backs, how in the world are you not better? Again no disrespect, just curious to what is going on over in Sciotoville.

not much to say from either side.
East came out on top 42 - 19.
ND had a tough year. Hopefully better next year.

"Underperformed" is an understatement. Although they were young, tons of talent. How well they do next year will be determined by what the "powers that be" decide to do this year.
