Belpre will have 2 starters out due to last weeks game. South Gallia has a good shot here. 16-14 SG.

Both teams NEED a win to keep realistic playoff hopes alive! Should be a great game!
Re: week 6 (3-2) Belpre @ (3-2) South Gallia
Belpre has a hard time stopping the run.
2 common opponets are FH and Trimble. Both teams lost to Trimble, SG 41-12 and Belpre 57-0. Both teams beat FH, SG 44-8 and Belpre 28-8.
Belpre is 3-0 at home and 0-2 on the road.
All-time series between the schools is 2-2. SG won the first 2 games 38-21 and 62-7. Belpre has won the last 2 games 21-6 and 21-8. Both teams are 1-1 on the road in this series.
Belpre losing 2 players for this game hurts.
I hope that I am wrong but SG has the edge in this one.
Good luck and good health to both teams.
LETS GO EAGLES!!!

Losing the two players will definitely hurt the Eagles especially in the passing game. But if Belpre can play defense like it did in the 1st half against Wahama I think they can still score with there skilled offensive players. Look for a close game and hope the Eagles can pull it off, they need a win to have any chance of making the playoffs. If they can win this game they have a good chance of going 8-2 with their remaining schedule. Go Eagles!!

Looks like it's going to be a wet one. The field has good drainage so it should hold up.

It was very wet and slick when Trimble played there.RebelCat wrote:Looks like it's going to be a wet one. The field has good drainage so it should hold up.

gotta go with the rebels at home in this one. Whoever loses is likely out of the playoff picture.

being d6 not sure there is enough points to be gained playing these d7 schools to play week 11. I could be wrong. go rebels

South Gallia has 3 turnovers that turned into 3 touchdowns. Belpre had zero turnovers and took care of the ball. The better team won.RebelCat wrote:Looks like it's going to be a wet one. The field has good drainage so it should hold up.
