Hope for an injury free game, good sportsmanship, well-played 3+ TD Jackson win.

Waverly a little bit like Logan was last year new coaches, numbers improving, athletes returning and program headed in right direction...a restore the order kind of mentality going on over in Pike County for the Tigers.

Ironmen better not look past them or the ability of some of their offensive playmakers, I look for us to be successful in the later stages of the contest and pull out a "W" but we best not come out flat on this one on their home turf.

Fix the issues from last week and keep improving is the name of the game.

Waverly has a large right side and a fullback that isn't afraid to get tackled. It will take Jackson's defense to win this one, Jackson by two touchdowns, late in the game.

Jackson wins easy. Too much athleticism and experience. No less than a 3 touchdown win.

I think Jackson will be to fast and aggressive for Waverly. Tigers will be bigger but slower on offense and defense but they could get to Jackson on special teams.

Any rushing stats from Waverly's game last week against Piketon or total offensive yards?

If am not mistaken this is the last year Waverly and Jackson will be playing each other. Been lots of exciting games over the years.

I remember just recently they met twice in one season with one game being a playoff game. The playoff game was one of the most exciting and memorable in Waverly football history. The Tigers won in OT on one of the most amazing touchdown runs I've ever seen in high school football. Good times!

Hoping for a good game tonight. Go Tigers!

What was the defense like for Piketon. Jackson has a better defense than Piketon.

That is a chunk of yardage, be interesting to see if they try to throw more against Jackson than what they did at Piketon or if they will stick to a ground attack first.

It will be a hot night, hopefully they move players in and out, several had cramp issues at Wellston.

Final was 23-0. A lot of heart shown by the overmatched Tigers tonight. Starters for both the entire way. Tigers had a couple linemen go down late - hoping they are ok. Some good stuff to build on for next week for the Tigers.
