if your team practiced Saturday they should be able to go full contact Thursday if not then Friday i think. starting august 1st 3 days conditioning. one day just pads and helmets one day full gear then full contact if i remember right.

2 days just helmets 2 days with helmets and shoulder pads. 1 day full gear no contact. Then it's on.

Do you think schools can cheat this date pretty easy?

They may be able to but i think very few would. they do so little full contact full speed anyway. i don't see them adding days to it. i mean even before they put on pads they are hitting tackling dummies at a good speed. then during these days everything expect hitting and tackling drills done pretty hard. I think that is why so many schools do 3 scrimmages now. that is less beating up of their own kids. i would think the next 10 days would be all live hitting but most teams will only hit full speed during one of their 2 practices even then. After the next 10 days then most teams go into game week mode even for their last preseason game which means maybe they hit one day a week full contact.
