Steubenville CC is historically a strong program, have not seen either team play, but I think the Crusaders win this one and then face Trimble in Week #12.

Too bad for the way the seeding worked out as I originally thought Trimble and Steubenville would not face each other until the Regional Finals.

Congrats to the Tornadoes on their play-off spot, and travel north and play hard against a quality opponent.

Tornadoes find out quickly that the postseason is a completely different ballgame, and that teams from the north play a different brand of HS football.

to me looks like Steubenville thrown the magnolia game to not play Shadyside. Play the best team in WV close and lose 24-0 to a 5-4 magnolia. Catholic schools always looking ahead

Sure will be a tough road to hoe for Southern, but hey, that's why they play 'em.

Go Tornadoes

Central's Crusaders have a 4-year starter at quarterback in Collabella and even tho' they lost last 2 games to Weirton Madonna and Magnolia (2 WV playoff teams) they're good.

SCC has a nice stadium. Plenty of seating. Good places to eat (try Naples) there too.

I've actually been to a Southern game many moons ago. Nice folk down there. Steubenville Central wins this in the neighborhood of 42-7.

Unfortunate loss for SCC against Magnolia, even so a 30 plus point win this week.

if SCC threw the game. why was their starting QB playing in the 4th qtr? Why was the starting defense still in during the whole game also?
Magnolia just ran right at them and played smashmouth football. if southern can do this and guard against the pass they will be fine. SCC is not physical but finesse. Make it a physical football game and represent the TVC.
Good luck tornadoes.

SCC threw nothing, either way they would have to beat both Trimble and Shadyside to get out of the region the only thing that would change is the order they play them. As far as this game goes, I'll be pulling for Southern but I have a feeling that SCC will be more comfortable with the atmosphere.

Best of luck to fellow TVC member Southern.

Hope the Tornados can pull off the upset but I think SCC is too strong.

SCC by 21+

Good luck and good health to both teams.

LETS GO TORNADOS!!!
