warrens football website says the scrimmage is at 9:30 am at Beverly, can anyone out there confirm this?

Just a minor injury he could return in 10 days from tues but the coaches are be cautious with its best player which is a good call.

Warren 1 score in 3 10 play sets and Fort Frye 0 so far. Fort Frye playing without its top 2 players Lang and Wittekind.

Warren scored 2 times in down and distance but 7 I think broke his arm. Fort Frye played the game with the jv QB but they looked ok other then that. Warren one of the bigger faster teams they will play all year. Put Lang and Wittekind in there and it's a different game.

How many players does Fort Frye have this year?

35 1st yr they have a full JV team in awhile.I was impressed by soph Geran Knotts. He stepped in on the line and looked real good at LT for Wittekind. Also Hupp impressed me the line is 7 deep.Though the inside blockers struggled on FB runs. Also today Close Jr, Layton So, and Baker all played FB and I figure 1 if not 2 of them will move to line. Close started all 10 games last yr at guard. Shuster looked liked the shiffiest runner. Yates didn't get much going. Pritchard Sr WR who came in late last yr is going to be a threat at WR. It will look a lot different when the Cadets get Lang back. I came away thinking FF will be just fine with the weak schedule. Now if Chandler goes down they become 3-4 win team. Also freshman WR/CB #7 Garrett (Peanut) Lockery will be on the field some.Would of loved to seem him get some snaps at QB on varsity.Terran Huck is going to be a good S in his 2nd yr.
