I think it's at BC, but not 100% sure. But would like to know the time.

Re: Logan VS Bloom-Carroll-08/11/15
I just watched the varsity ...This is what I saw.
The first two series had each team starting at the 25 and no matter the results the ball always came back to the 25.
Logan 1st series had 12 plays. The first six plays for Logan had them gain 29 yards which is enough for a TD.
Logan 6
B. Carroll 0
The next six downs only gain 13 yard
Logan 6
Carroll 0
The first series for Bloom-Carroll had them run 14 plays. The first 9 plays gained 27 yards enough for a score
Logan 6
Carroll 6
The next 5 plays gain 18 yards
Logan 6
Carroll 6
The next four series started from the teams own 30
Logan's first series had them run 11 plays. The third play went for a 67 yard TD pass. Ball brought back to the BC 40. 5 plays later Logan threw another TD pass of 28 yards. Ball brought back to the 16. Logan ran three more plays with two passes being dropped for what could have been TDs.
Logan 18
Carroll 6
Bloom Carroll's first series was 11 plays for 56 yards and no scores
Logan 18
Carroll 6
Logan's 2nd series was for 10 plays for a total of 45 yards
Logan 18
Carroll 6
Bloom Carroll's 2nd series was for 12 plays and 30 total yards
Final Varsity
Logan 18
Carroll 6
Total Plays...Logan.....33.....Bloom Carroll.....36 plays
Total Yards.....Logan.....212.....Bloom Carroll.....132
Passing Yards.....Logan.....105 yards.....Bloom Carroll.....79 yards
Rushing Yards.....Logan 107 yards.....Bloom Carroll.....53 yards
Coaches from Athens and Nelson/York were there.
Over all
Logan had no problem passing the first series and on the second series Logan sort of shut the passing game down.
Running game for the 1st team looked to have 3 different backs running. Logan's big line needs to open holes better.
Bloom Carroll had some good plays but were not close enough together.
It looked like Logan had 46 boys dress and about a dozen more walking the sidelines. Could be a team of 56.
Carroll look to have neat 50 boys.
Logan has a ton of size and I would say average speed. No one speedster that I saw.

Re: Logan VS Bloom-Carroll-08/11/15
Thanks for the info, noreply. Pretty much confirms what I saw when I was in town -- if Little is on, Logan will be difficult to beat. Passing game should be very good and his scrambling abilities will drive Ds crazy. Add in a punishing ground game and Logan is in for a great season.
Re: Logan VS Bloom-Carroll-08/11/15
Sounds like we might be a 65% passing and 35% running, BUT it is still early and maybe they did not show a lot. Was there any special team work?
