Something tells me VC gets one here, just one of those feelings, confirming the TVC Ohio is one of the more exciting leagues this year for our neck of the woods.
All-in with seven/two off suit on this prediction.
Someone will probably need to explain that reference to the posters in the county north of VC.

No way the Vikings move the ball against the Raiders. However, RV won't score a ton against this defense. RV will pitch another shutout.

With the exception of the Athens game, and it could be argued the Meigs game, the strength of the Vikings has been their defensive play. Caudill and McIntire at ends has given teams problems and sometimes require double-teams, allowing Ousley at the mike-back to roam free, plus the line-backing core is solid; Ousley, Collins, and Yates or Nichols. Haislop has been solid at free safety, however, it has been the play of the corners that sometimes breaks down by ball watching.
Furthermore, I am not convince that River Valley has played anyone. With that being said, I will say...
Vikings 13
Raiders 12

Nobody? They shut out a good Rock Hill team who is 4-2 and beat NY before they really fell apart. They hung with a Meigs team who absolutely maimed your Vikings.hawkeyepierce wrote:With the exception of the Athens game, and it could be argued the Meigs game, the strength of the Vikings has been their defensive play. Unless the Vikings have improved vastly on offense, I have a hard time seeing them score more than one offensive touchdown on the Raider defense. Besides, no way RV's kicker misses 2 extra points.

I am sure my opinion here does not matter, but I will give it anyway.
I would say both defenses are very good. I will give a slight edge to VC.
On the offensive side, I would give the edge to VC in the run game, but RV is much better at the passing game. If VC can control the clock by running the ball, they have a chance to pull out a low scoring game. I think the RV team ends up winning this game, but it is going to be closer than the scores shows. RV by 13.
Good luck to both teams. Go TVC.

Id guess you'd take 35 to 327 through Wellston and follow to McArthur( I think it's still 327). Then when you get to the stoplight in McArthur, make a left onto 50 and the school is right there. Can't miss the field from the road.RVRaiderFan wrote:As always, if you cant make it out to the game tomorrow night, you can catch the game on the River Valley Broadcasting Network. Take 35 to 327. Once you get into wellston, 93 and 327 run together and 327 turns left on the north end of town. Stay on 93 north until you get to the red light in McArthur. Hang a left and it's at the edge of town. Can't miss it.
So basically it's 35 to 327 and go straight until you get to mcarthur.

RV fan. If you follow those directions you will miss kick off.
Take 35 to 327 to Wellston. From Wellston take 93 north. At red light in McArthur turn left on 50 west. It is impossible to miss the field about two miles on left.

RV wins this game based on the running game, boys and girls, not the passing game.

I know most of you guys do not get out of Vinton County. But if you stay on 327 you will never find McArthur. Lets just say i cleaned up the directions. You can not stsy on 327. Btw since I am on here please be advised RV will win tonight.
