Re: Week 10:What high school games are you going to?
Friday I'll be going to Cortland to watch Lakeview (8-1) take on Struthers (7-2) for the outright All America Conference White division title. Lakeview already has a share but lose and Struthers and Poland will get a piece. Both teams, win or lose, are in the D-4 playoffs but the winner gets a home game. It's Senior night and grandson will be pumped. BTW, the grandson is being heavily recruited. Looks to be dry and cool . Football weather.
Have gun, will travel
Re: Week 10:What high school games are you going to?
Thursday: West Middlesex v. Cochranton (@ New Wilmington, PA)
Friday: Union v. Shenango (@ Union HS, New Castle, PA)
Saturday: Hickory v. Corry (@ Greenville, PA)
Originally planning Indian Valley-Claymont on Thursday, but WM-Coc will be 20 minutes from my home. Friday was Newton Falls-Campbell Memorial, but I knew for a while that game was going to be replaced. And Saturday was going to be a trip down to Salem, but with a game in Greenville and already being there early in the day, no real sense to leave. I'll see a game in Salem in the future.

Re: Week 10:What high school games are you going to?
I'm going to attend Burg v. West, then Minford v. Valley. From their if I can hurry, I will catch the Coldwater game.
On Saturday I am going to attend, the Capital game, up to Ohio Wesleyan then over to Ohio State.
I am going to complain that the programs cost $3 at one school. I had to pay $2 to park at another, and that Ohio State would not let me in for free, even though I promised that I would write a review and stick it on an internet message board.

About 4 hours Minford-Delphos, you will need to hurry.thebarlowbandit wrote: ↑Wed Oct 25, 2017 12:09 pm I'm going to attend Burg v. West, then Minford v. Valley. From their if I can hurry, I will catch the Coldwater game.

Re: Week 10:What high school games are you going to?
I am changing my plans tonight.
Instead of the Brookville at Franklin game, I am going to head to the
Claymont at Indian Valley game.
Reasons
Closer
Do not have to go through rush hour traffic in Columbus

I do not believe that little lady is going to stay for the entire game, so that way she can hit multiple games. Real fans stay for the entire game, but to each their own, I guess.Burg93 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:24 amAbout 4 hours Minford-Delphos, you will need to hurry.thebarlowbandit wrote: ↑Wed Oct 25, 2017 12:09 pm I'm going to attend Burg v. Southeastern @ Westfall. Hoping the Panthers can finish off a 10-0 season and put that Gold Ball in the trophy case!

I'll be in my seats about 14 rows up on the 40 yard line watching my Pirates bring home the gold. I wish Chillicothe/Jackson was on Saturday so I could watch that one as well.
