SCC plays Madonna today they’ll win that to go (7-2). SCC kinda got screwed last year they were in Region 23 but got switched to 21. If in 23 they’d be safely in but now in 21 they’ll most likely have to beat the (8-0) Cadets to make it.


Fort Frye group of Srs collected its 40th win as a team and 4th PVC title Friday.

This is the perfect game for Fort Frye who has clinched a playoff birth and is a 90 chance at a home game. Last season these 2 played in Beverly and Fort lead 43-6 at the half. SCC took one on the chin but they bounced back and almost beat Southeastern in the playoffs losing a high scoring affair (44-40).SCC did lose but stud RBs but they do return QB Justin Hartzell. SCC loses come to Wheeling Central (8-0) 31-14 and to Salineville Southern (8-1) 26-13.

I don't think you meant to say that SCC with a win would get a home game with possibly being a 8th seed. Anyhow both teams have a lot to play for, and it very well could be a very good ballgame. It is a very long trip, and SCC probably has more to lose if they don't win. I'm still going to go with Fort Frye to get the win. Hope both teams have an injury free game.

A loss at 17.31 would make SCC the 8th seed according to Fantastic50.net. If they win the game they’ll be at 20.89 which would be the 3 or 4 seed which means they’d get a home game.

Fort completely shutdown the Crusaders in 2017. SCC was down 34-0 before Hartzell hit Fallon for a 49 yard score. Only other TD scored by Scored on a fumble return by SCC.

Personally I think SCC was better last year with 2 stud RBs Levi Thompson and Craig Smith. They also have a D1 signee on the line.

Hoping for better results this year.

The one main difference from last year which may help SCC is the lack of a 2.5 hour bus ride after school on a friday.

SCC has to be able to pass a bit though.
