Varsity played 3 quarters Washington CH 21- Amanda 14 both JVs scored
Both teams were evenly matched Amanda has good size and seemed pretty disciplined. Washington CH QB Dylan Steward made some nice plays connecting with Richards Burns 2x for touchdowns , 3rd was by RB Jacob Rice.
Amanda's QB is very Solid I believe a returner from last year. Both teams should have solid years

Final Gallia academy 25 unioto 6
Varsity only played one half.
Gallia academy had -8 yards on first 2 drives. Took them that long to get a handle on unioto size. Unioto had about 90 yards on first 2 possessions and scored first. Unioto ended up with about 250 yards in half Gallia academy about 220.
Big difference in this offense. Gallia academy 2 for 5 passing about 40 yards and one TD. The other 180 yards pounded out on ground.
Blue Devils defense created some turnovers and probably 10 negative plays. They need to work on getting off field. Gallia no huddle offense had unioto gassed after 1st quarter.
Blue Devils roster has grown to around 44 kids. Blue Devils stronger faster then deeper then last 3 years.
Don't know how good unioto will be. Not sure how good blue Devils are but much better then last 3 years. If they continue to improve don't think they will face any running clocks
