I think Gallia is better than a 1-2 record may reflect.

This will be a very good game I think. Wouldn't surprise me in the least to see the Blue Devils win this one.

Actually this game should be really close. Taking Peake by less than 7

Plot twist to this one, could the panthers be without their QB Austin Browning? Had a left arm injury in the first quarter against Symmes Valley and didn't play the rest of the game. Hope he is well, the panthers will need him!

I am so confused about the OVC after this past week. What I know is my Blue Devils needs a win against Chesapeake or one next week against Portsmouth to have a shot to get to .500

Problem is now I look at the 7 games left on schedule and I think ok what games can't Gallia win.. And the answer seems to be none. But if you ask me to pencil in sure wins I don't have any of them either.

Think this game comes down to how many drives the Blue Devils can finish this week. I think if they finish 4 drives on offense they got a chance.

No outcome in this game would be surprise me.

Nothing more than a guess, but I'd put my money on him playing.

If memory serves me correct, GA played with Peake for about a quarter last year, then Peake pulled away quite easily. Did Peake lose anyone major from last years team? If not, I will say Peake wins by 20+. Maybe a close game until halftime, then Peake pulls away. But as others have mentioned, I also wouldn't be totally shocked if it was a close game.

Peake will roll in this one. Gallia will hang around until halftime. It too much team speed and polish for the blue devils. Peake by 18.

Gallia academy will have a defensive game plan to slow down chesapeake. Not stop them but slow them down. So this game will come down to Gallia academy finishing drives. I do believe right now Chesapeake is best team in this league. But you can make no comparison to last year with this blue Devils team. Even though they scored zero points last week. They had 2 different drives that were 6 minutes or longer. I think Chesapeake wins but maybe 28-24 or 35-24 about. I think if everything goes Blue devils way early. They may be able to pull it off but they are definitely the underdog here.

Like to see Gallia with a good showing. Peak might be a little too much.

Have to disagree with Peake being the best team in the league

OVC is anyone's league this year. I expect a close game heading into the 4th but Chesapeake pulling away 35-21

This has the potential to be a one score game. The Blue Devils are on the up swing! They have a nice QB, decent size and some speed. The Panthers will have to play a solid game to get the win on the road.

I still think this is Ironton's league to win. But if Chesapeake isn't playing like the best team in this league who is?.

Peake hasn't played anybody to even give them a challenge yet this year so until then i can't say they are the best in the league. I honestly have to give it to the Dragons as of right now. Beating Ironton at Tanks is a tough task. We'll see where they stand this Friday when they host the tigers of Waverly
