Thanks for the total run down, Ridgewood at #2 though?? I thought they lost a good bit plus the QB though seems a bit high. Overall not a bad lineup though and probably where they should be, it's pre-season though and really doesn't mean that much. Always nice to see what teams to keep an eye on though.

The QB will be a senior for Ridgewood. Not sure what all they lost.

Thanks, yeah he changes everything for their team.spider2Ybanana wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 12:25 pm The QB will be a senior for Ridgewood. Not sure what all they lost.

A healthy tingle and you are looking probably at a ridgewood/Kirtland final last year. Hes that good. Hard to over come changing offensive game plan when you lose your best athlete.greygoose wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 12:16 pmThanks for the total run down, Ridgewood at #2 though?? Exactly right and with him back it puts them in the top 10 easily for sure. Seen him against Ironton his Sophomore year tough kid.wobycat wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 1:08 pmA healthy tingle and you are looking probably at a ridgewood/Kirtland final last year. Hes that good. Ridgwood lost a good bit. Two lineman that are walking on at osu and a few others. They’ll still be good with Tingle at qb but nothing like the past two years.
Re: D5 top 10 pre-season from Cleveland.com
Ridgewood has good skill back on both sides of the ball, but D will not be as good. Probably going to have to win more games in a shootout style this year if they are going to make a deep run. But if Tingle stays healthy he is more than capable of putting the team on his back and taking them all the way to the state finals. He is that good.

So very true.
Tingle from WLR is good, but IDT he can carry them against a Tough D Out of the region.
KirtLand would’ve handled him, hands down.
There are some hungry defenses in the region & it’s gonna come down to off season dedication & I’m impressed with what’s been going on since the day after DV final.

Wood scrimmaged kirtland yesterday along with Strongsville and Eastlake north. Wood scored 3 times in 10 plays, kirtland once. That was all the plays with the starters. Just a scrimmage, which ultimately means nothing but wood held their own. Wood lost some great players up front that will be tough(impossible) to replicate, but have pretty good skill guys back. Not sure where they stand in all of D5 but they will be solid.

I disagree. Tingle is a next level player. They would’ve been challengedTjhtygeverve wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 12:17 amSo very true.

If Ironton did indeed loose their most skilled player that is a huge loss on both sides of the ball. Top 10 player in the state
