Coal Grove looking at a 1st round playoff game vs Ironton or Harvest Prep. They better enjoy easy this coming week while they have it cause after Friday night there's nothing but pain and agony awaiting the hornets.

I’d like to see either of these teams play Ironton round 1 we shall see how it shakes up. I lean coal grove unless rock hill can mix in some passing

Good matchup, could go either way honestly. Give me CG since they are at home.

You won’t see Rock Hill and Ironton because Rock Hill is in a smaller division.

Rock Hill with a round 1 win could be looking at maybe a horrible matchup with Coldwater or Anna unfortunately.

This is a rivalry game. Coal Grove will be Coal Grove and want to run the ball and eat up the clock. I’m not sure what Rock Hill brings to the table offensively, but I think this game could go either way. A loss and CG could be out of the playoffs or possibly face Ironton in the first round. A win for RH probably nets them a home game the first round.

Rock Hill will have a home game no matter what they are pretty much locked in with a 7 seed win or loose.

Not so fast my friend. It’s not a forgone conclusion they are at home. According to Joe Eitel website, with a win, RH is 4-8 seed, with a loss anywhere from 6-13 seed. So with a loss, there is a higher chance for the road depending on what else happens in the region.

This should be a great ballgame with a lot at stake for both teams. With both teams needing a win to secure a higher seeding in the playoffs, I look for a highly contested affair from start to finish. Whichever team can play the cleanest game, the fewest mistakes, penalties and turnovers I think will come away with the win. With the playoffs looming for both teams, let's hope for an injury free game for both teams.

5. Paint Valley (8-2) 13.30
6. St Bernard-Elmwood Pl. (8-2) 12.14
7. Rock Hill (7-3) 8.41
8. Northeastern (6-4) 8.40
This is the projection with a loss. If they win they will just be at 11.10 still 7th. Even if they would happen to drop to 8th they still have a home game. If Paint Valley looses they would possibly drop to 7th which would move Rock Hill up to 6th with a win. But pretty much any scenario you put in Rock hill will have a home game.

Both are getting absolutely COOKED in the 1st round. Doesn't matter if the game is on the moon.

Rock Hill I think wins this game. Rock Hill has better team speed. I think Coal Grove runs their game using the downhill running game and pounding the rock inside. Rock Hill has skilled kids that can get the ball in space and make plays I think Rock Hill has the better team speed and I still think speed wins games at the high school level.
8-2 for Rock Hill would be a heck of a season

What a job the Rock Hill coach has done.Watch them in the future. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. They could be a factor in the playoffs in years to come as long as he stays the coach.
